Hello,

We encounter problems with marker recognition depending on wich device we test our application.
For example some markers don't work on iphone 7+ while they work fine on iphone 7.
Our markers have all between 4 to 5 stars in recognition and tracking rating.
Do you have any tips to make a good marker : color contrast, less detail, image size, format (portrait,landscape,square ... ) etc.
Is matte paper best than glossy paper ?

Some general rules of thumb for a good marker are:

- high contrast (also when printed)
- high level of detail/texture
- image size >=500pixel
- aspect ratio within standard values: 1:1/4:3/16:9 or similar
Printing on matte paper is always a good practice.

We tested several applications both on iPhone 7 and iPhone 7+, so it seems strange that the same marker works only on one of them.
Are you experiencing issues with some markers in particular? Can you give me the marker IDs that cause problems?
